Study Abroad Program Manager
Cottingham manages the Study Abroad Program for SAPCS and is responsible for the development of the study abroad framework.
Cottingham has held Executive Management roles in PNG Government; within Regulatory Agencies, Utilities Management & Corporatised Entities. She has extensive experience in strategic management & planning, business and financial analysis, policy development & implementation including project & program management.
Cottingham was a recipient of the prestigous Australian Leadership Award Scholarship and completed double postgraduate degrees in Master of Business Administration & Master of Professional Accounting from the Southern Cross University Business School.
Cottingham is a former executive of the PNG Australia Alumni Association and was an ambassador for scholar pre-departure and re-integration development programs.
Cottingham has first-hand exprience as an International Student, Scholarship recipient and leadership scholar in Australia and is based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Rudiana Daroa
Australia & the South Pacific Operations Manager
Rudiana manages the operations for Australia & the South Pacific; her role being to consult with individuals, parents, organisations both corporate and government, including NGO's regarding study abroad options.
Rudiana co-ordinates client establishment and liaises with education providers in Australia and the South Pacific for the timely enrolment of students.
Rudiana has previously worked with Smith Immigration & Education Services (SIES) of Australia and has significant experience in client interviews, documentation preparation, client file setup and is very knowledgeable of the Australian Education Application & Enrolment process.
Prior to this, Rudiana was employed with the Bank of South Pacific (BSP) for 25yrs and brings with her a wealth of banking, financial and administrative experience to SAPCS.
Rudiana has first-hand experience as a parent of 3 children whom have/are currently studying abroad. She has many years of experience as a Student Guardian for her children, whilst they studied in Australia.
Rudiana is based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
